Chicken 65 Masala

Ingredients: Chilli, Ginger, Coriander, Kasoori Methi, Cumin, Cinnamon, Onion, Star Anise, Cloves, Nutmeg, Corn Flour & Wheat Flour.

Cooking Instructions:

• Mix small chicken pieces with the required amount of Chicken-65 masala, along with some yogurt, and lemon juice.
• Add salt as required.
• Marinate the mixture for around an hour.
• Deep fry the chicken in cooking oil.
• The same masala can be used for cauliflower/mushroom.
